These houses sit in the heart of Dinkytown. They are great old mansions that have been completely refurbished, refinished, and improved with awesome original hardwood floors throughout. Rooms vary in size from the comfortable to the palatial.
ALL utilities (including Wi-Fi!) are included and off-street parking is available for $110/month. Cleaners come thru 1x per week to clean the common areas. Both buildings are 3-story houses with 2 kitchens 1 living room/common area, and 4 bathrooms (one on each floor). There is coin operated laundry available on site.
Rooms range in price from $425 through to $700/month. Additional fees are charged for running an AC or a private fridge in your room.
Parking is available at $100/month.
