I’m looking for a new roommate starting July 1st with a flexible move-in date. You’d have a private furnished bedroom and your own bathroom in a fully furnished apartment. We have an in-unit washer and dryer.
The apartment is on Leighton Ave, just a 15-minute walk or 5-minute bike ride to USC and within the USC Lyft Zone. Water, sewer, and trash are included; electric, gas, and internet are separate.
Rent is $1150 per month plus utilities and security deposit. Approval process is through the property management company.
