Bright, spacious, fully-furnished upstairs room in welcoming home shared by myself and another female renter who attended Royal Roads as an international student and is not working full time.
Female roomates are ideal as the main bathroom is shared with a female renter (I have my own). Please tell me a bit about yourself and note the bus route!
The room has a wide view onto green space. The main bathroom would be shared by the other renter and yourself.
Utilites - heat, water, garbage, internet, etc. are all included.
Full use of the kitchen and dining room and laundry. The home has a large porch, lots of parking, and big yard. I am happy to offer rides for grocery shopping and any time I am heading out. You will be within walking distance of Westshore mall and the new business on Veteran's Memorial. About me. I'm an editor and filmmaker and instructor at Uvic Continuing Education, and a mom. But with the kids grown and gone I'm happy to share the space with students who need a safe, quiet space.
